@Ask_Spectrum LOL you think feed back is going to help? I only got a call from MGR due to my BBB complaint did he offer anything? NO he didn't. He basically just said this is what you are paying these are the discounts you have. Great way to de-escalate a situation.

I used to complain about TWC but Spectrum makes TWC look like a 5 star service. Outages every week and when it is working the latency is terrible. I think it’s time for me to give Verizon a call. #SpectrumOutage
