Not everyone is crazy enough to thrive in a hyper growth environment. It takes resilience, a love for chaos, and a willingness to dive headfirst into the deep end. 💪Why do I do it? Because riding the wave of hypergrowth isn't just about business success—it's about personal growth too. Because trying something I've never done before every other day keeps me on my toes. And because I would get bored if it were any different. I'd rather color outside the lines than stay within them.🎨What about you? #hypergrowth #challenges #hiringOh, and we're still hiring in case you're looking for your next chaos 😉

Hiring People Leaders ‼️👌🏼💥In web3 startup world, growth isn't just about product launches and funding rounds - it's about the people who drive your company forward. From the trenches of talent acquisition here are some insights; At the growth stage, your team is the lifeblood and heartbeat of your company and vision. This is where hiring a dedicated people leader comes in.They're not just nice-to-haves, there are strategically essential. This may sound strange coming from an agency recruiter but hear me out.Your People Leader will be able to help you shape the entirety of your People Operations; recruiting and retaining talent navigating growth painstraining and developmentcreating a thriving workplace culture And so much more…a seasoned people leader can be your greatest asset.Having someone leading this function of your company can mean saving A LOT of time, energy and $$$ on bad hiring. It might seem like I'm trying to do myself out of a job here by promoting and encouraging this but actually, IMHO there will always be room for external recruiters and when your internal function is operating like a well oiled machine, you will be able to get better value out of the agencies you work with. And also......how are you going to find your People Leader in the first place, right?#web3jobs #peopleandculture #recruiting

The most common hiring mistake I see at start-ups: “Hiring solely based on gut feeling.”Your team is your product. Building a product requires discipline and a methodology. You need a repeatable and replicable hiring process to build a top-notch team. All founders have to rely on their intuition to make decisions. There is nothing wrong with that. However, you can’t only rely on your “gut feeling” when hiring. You also need an objective and repeatable process to help you select the best candidates. Don’t make hiring decisions haphazardly. Your people are your product. #hiring #founders

Most founders don't know how to build a company from their business. They might have a good product/service, but a company isn't a product. It's the brains behind it.After perfecting the product/service, every owner must figure out how they can hire the best talent who can help the company scale. Here are the top 3 traits of someone you should definitely have by your side:+ They're passionate about what they do.+ They can dive deep into the problems they've solved.+ Criticism isn't something new to them. Most people with these 3 traits are super easy to work with and can provide a lot of value.Have you been focused on hiring the top talent recently?#hiring #jobs #business #smallbusiness
